Tales and ruminations during and about my life in China. After much deliberation and debate I have titled this blog "Excuse me, may I ask..." after the first Mandarin phrase I learned. As in "Excuse me, may I ask, where is College Road?" or, the more practical, "Excuse me, may I ask, do you speak English?"
